During this week we learned how the plans we have at a certain age usually change or can be maintained. as we know, plans are essential, they guide us and help us to have clear objectives. The same is true for teaching, but this should not exceed the limits, a balance must always be kept.  

We discussed how important it is to be spontaneous and when to follow a detailed teaching plan, knowing how to act in unforeseen situations is what qualifies a mentor as reliable and effective. 

In conclusion, planning is good, both in life and in teaching, it makes us disciplined but also being able to let go and be spontaneous gives happiness and you can learn a lot, both as a teacher and as a student.
